Buzz saw sharpening question

If I put my blade on the saw mandrel, and stand behind it as if operating it, and any particular tooth, say, one is leaning to the right, Do I sharpen it so that there is a higher side on the left hand side of that tooth? Also, Am I right in thinking that the staight up side of a tooth is the cutting side, not the slanting side of it?? Finall,y I took the blade and had it sharpened, $45, They did both sides. I cant remember if I ever saw both sides sharpened
