Situation wanted...

... in West Virginia (near Maryland) or western Maryland (or PA. nr. Garrett Co.).

Looking for inexpensive rental home or place to park (live in) camper for winter.

I'm looking to purchase property in this area by spring and I figure the best way to find something is to live in the area. Driving 200+ miles from my present location every time the realtor finds "the perfect" property is getting kind of difficult.

My current lease is up on Dec. 1 and I prefer not to renew for yet another year.

There is a campground for campers on the road from I-81 into Martinsburg WV - actually it is on the way east of Martinsburg a mile or two towards the Veterans Hospital. It is called Nakita and they now have sign on I-81. We know nothing about the campground except that it appeared people live there year round. We know Martinsburg a little and thought the town was OK. There are mobile home parks too. We mostly knew the Veterans center. Nakita may have a website. S.

there is several campgrounds here that are year round. I know one will make a deal for long time campers. I don't know about the prices but if you wish I will try to get names and numbers for you. When I came to WV I oarked my motor home in a small trailer park. Then lot rent was 125 a month. I had to put in my own box to hook up to power. Sam

...............http://www.rvparkreviews.com/

.............This IS the best source for reviewing RV parks I've found ! Just click on the state and find what you're looking for . All the reviews are posted by campers who stayed at that park . Very informative . , fordy
