SW PA Feed Stores or Grain?

I am having a tough time finding a feed store around here. I am mainly looking for rabbit feed, but occasionally grains as well. Right now I know of one place where I can get a 50# bag of 16% rabbit for just over $20. No thanks! We are also hoping to add in a handful of ducks next year, so I need to keep the current feed budget in check.

Can anyone suggest some good places to check out in the area? I am willing to drive a little bit, and am located just east of Pittsburgh. I'd rather not have to go to a TSC, I like to support small local places. I can't afford to do that if I'm paying 50% more than I was before I moved here though!

feed stores

there is an agway in delmont. Also an agway in south greensburg on 119.

there is a feed store in new alexandria right off of rt22.

At least those are the ones that were around 5 years ago when I used to live there.

check this search:
http://www.google.com/search?q=feed+store+greensburg+pa&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=com.ubuntu:en-US:unofficial&client=firefox-a
check around latrobe as well.

One thing you could do is drive around looking for a farm with livestock and stop by and ask.

dan.

There's an Agway in Imperial, PA. I get my rabbit feed from the Best Feeds store off McKnight Road on Babcock Blvd. I can give better directions to that one if it helps!

North Side, Pittsburgher here!

Thanks everybody. When I ran the google search before my first trip to get feed here, I found that several of the stores were either closed or no longer in the same location listed.

I think I will check out the store mentioned in Mount Pleasant, thanks for the suggestions everyone!

There is a little store on 30 just across the WV line ... I think it's called Stateline Feeds. I get my cow chow there. Prices are good and people are friendly ... if you want, I can check out the rabbit feed prices and let you know. I could always bring a sack back to Carnegie with me and you could pick it up here, at my hubby's house.
