Oak Trees dying in Schenectady County New York

"Oak trees in several Schenectady County neighborhoods are dying after being infected with Oak wilt."

http://capitalnews9.com/content/head...y/Default.aspx

"Oak wilt is an aggressive disease that affects many species of oak (Quercus spp.). It is one of the most serious tree diseases in the eastern United States, killing thousands of oaks each year in forests, woodlots, and home landscapes."

http://www.na.fs.fed.us/spfo/pubs/ho...akwilt/toc.htm

"So far, authorities have only found oak wilt in a roughly three-block area by Strauss' Glen Oaks development outside Scotia."
