Online mortgage calculator needed please

For a school project one of the students needs to calculate mortgage problems. We found online mortgage calculators that show basics such as if the beginning mortgage amount was X and you pay Y per month, it takes Z years to pay it off BUT what he needs is a calculator that will allow him to figure up how the long term amount changes is he pays $100 per month more than what is due or is he makes one extra payment per year or if he ......in any way adds an extra amount to each month's payment.

Any online calculators that will do this? Thank you.

if you google "mortgage calculator" you'll find hundreds of hits. The fourth one I looked at might fit the bill. Give http://www.bankrate.com/brm/mortgage-calculator.asp a try. it allows for extra money permonth. shows tables, etc.

Thank you very much. These are all good calculators.

p1gg1e: that site and calculator seems to be the big hit with the students. Thank you very much. They like that graph!
