HELP, I was too late for seeds!

I just got online to order my fall seeds from FEDCO and they stopped taking orders yesterday. Anyone have any other seeds companies that do not have genetically modified seeds?

Thanks!

Spinach and cabbage.

It isn't too late to plant is it?

Was going to plant spinach, lettuce, beets, turnips, collards, swiss chard, cabbage and mustard.

I would think where you're located, you'll do fine with all of those

I just placed an order from Nichols

You can't buy gmo seeds out of a catalog unless you sign a contract. Regular gardening catalogs don't carry those seeds.

Johnny's Seeds is our other eminent Maine seed company.
www.johnnyseeds.com

They have all sorts of organic and heirloom seeds. No need to worry about GMO seeds.

Take a look at the catalog of this company since it is nearby to you in North Carolina. I've not ordered from them but plan to next year. They seem to have good feedbacks which may have been picked because they were good ones. I really like the selection and knowing that this company is not yet owned by a large parent corporation as many, many other seed companies are.

I buy the majority of my seeds from Baker Creek at www.rareseeds.com. They are all heirloom and non-gmo.
