Brand new electric compost toilet, with vent kit. x large size. 1-724-962-5975.Great for camps with no septic systems.
I don't know anything about it, except that it's listed on my local Craigslist.

But from my brief research it looks like these sell for over $1,000.00 new.

Sunmar toilet is only worth it if it will help smooth over local burocracy. It is too small and needs to be emptied too frequently to ever allow any composting action to happen. Even for just one person household. A 5 gallon plastic bucket and a bale of peat moss are superior in that the bucket is much easier to dump and much easier to clean. If you need toilet seat for your 5 gallon bucket just buy one of those seats for elderly meant to sit atop a flush toilet. They are cheap at thrift stores.

How do I know this, well back in dark ages when I was married, my wife insisted on buying one of these $1000 wonders. Yucka, big waste of money.

We have one, brand new, never used, that I would sell for $500 OBO. Bought it for our cabin, then discovered the humanure book. Sunmar is collecting dust in our basement, I'd sure love to see it leave! PM me if you are interested, we are outside of Seattle.
