Exclamation I love Lehmans!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My kids lost the inner disk that holds the milk filter in my milk strainer. Lehmans is sending me a new one free of charge. I told them it was my fault it was lost and would be more than happy to buy a new one. How great is that!!!!!!!!! Im so glad I contacted them and aked them before I went around trying to find a replacement or purchased a whole new milk strainer.

I love Lehmans!!!! You can't find many companys like this now a days.

They do have a lot of neat stuff, but MAN they are way to expensive.

... i love to drool over their catalogs ... mostly drool, sometimes order. (blue moon) ... I have a nifty little butter bell.

but their coffee mills are hideous, so I bought on on *bay instead, despite the fabulous service L's offers.

Nice to know they stand behind their products like that. I have a few things from L's but have never had to replace any parts yet.

RCBS does the same with their reloading equipment, even if you buy it second hand they will send replacement parts free of charge, they have made a customer for life out of me because of that.

Glad L's did that for ya.

Lehman's is pretty special, we were there today. We traveled 6 hours to visit our favorite spot on the planet, the Holmes Co. area, we live in Central Kentucky. The whole region is the way life should be, simplified.

Just got back from Lehman's in Kidron a couple of hours ago
We go once a year

Lehman's pays a living wage to their employees and maybe that's why they are expensive on some things.
But they're cheaper on other stuff and got some great deals in the store

It's too bad that every store in America doesn't stock the same goods Lehmans does. I like Lehmans, even if there prices are high. Quality and service costs more.

We went for the first time last Saturday. It really is a fun place to shop! I had to chuckle in the kitchen section. I was admiring the rolling pins, and three other ladies were there ooo'ing and ah'ing over them. I thought, "Oh yes, here are kindred spirits!".

Sage_morgan, I took extra money, hoping to get a coffee mill. I was also really disappointed in them. Most of them were cheap, Chinese made decorations that were overpriced. Did you find one that really works online? I decided to keep looking, and if I can't find one I'll spring for the antique one I've been visiting in our local antique store.

I haven't been in 8 years or so but the Kidron store has a great amish livestock auction right across the street... They do a farmers market in the parking lot on the weekends and the auction one day a week.....sell everything from chicks to cattle to horses.

I see on their website that the heat powered fans are on sale....the small fan that is normally $119 is on sale for $69. That's quite a sale. Don't think I've found them lower anywhere else....
