Has Anyone Split Roasted a Turkey?

Am going to the Hardy's homesteading gathering in SE IN this coming weekend. Will take along two smoked turkeys and finish them on a spit over an open fire/coals. About how long should they be cooked?

Added: Smoked turkeys are already cooked. I just need to heat them up.
