Need 3-4 yr old OX

I know this could probably go somewhere else, but more folks would see it here in this forum. How many folks have oxes anyway.

I have a friend that is the head of a living history farm and is in the market for a 3-4 year old Ox the is very people friendly. The farm has an old haypress and the Ox would be used in demenstrations. If anyone knows of an available OX that fits the bill please post or PM me.

Midwest location would probably work for everyone.

Thanks.

Go to www.ruralheritage.com. Click on the Ox Paddock, scroll down and you'll see Ox Teams For Sale. There are a pile of teams listed on there, all ages, from all over the country.

There is no such thing as a 3-4 yo Ox.

At that age, they are trained steers until the age of 5 when they are considered mature and strong enough (as well as trained) to be considered ox.

Both Tillers & Rural Heritage are good places to search
