Turning a dishwasher portable and motion detector light buzzers?

Is it possible (and economical) to turn a dishwasher portable? My husband is pretty handy so if it is possible, safe, and won't cost too much we may pick up a cheap dishwasher and make it portable, because I dont have room in my kitchen for a permanently installed one.

Next, can my husband somehow install a buzzer to go off when our motion detector light is set off?

The second would be a piece of cake to do, the first much more difficult. Why no just buy a portable dishwasher model instead of a built in unit? They used to be cheaper anyway, albeit often of smaller capacity.

I have a very nice portable dishwasher on wheels, you just hook it up to a kitchen sink. It came with the house and I have only used it once, I find it easier to wash by hand as it's just me and my husband with the kids being here during the summer and holidays only.

Depending on where you are located, you are welcome to come and get it, I'm in central Missouri.

It may be better to just to buy a portable dishwasher. I like mine and am glad to have it. Check out lowes or even better sometime Hudson's has appliances.

I dont see any reason it would be difficult to make the dw portable. There would be an electric cord, water supply line and discharge. Put it on some wheels and call it done. Of course, a portable would have all this done for you.

Hope Someone Answers The Motion Det. Buzzer For You.

At The North Of Our Little House Next Door [rental And Fam.guests]we Have Motion Detector Lights On The North End...since This House Is Not Used That Much, We Go Over Everynight And Do The Drill To Make Them Stay On All Night, Auto- Off At Daylight.

On Ebay You Can Buy Motion Detector Driveway Announcers For About $25.00...we Have One Of Those Installed On The Back Door Over There That Faces Our House.....we Installed It W/those Velcro Spots.. They Use 9 Volt Batteries.....batteries Last A Long Time. The Portable Receiver/sound Alarm Is Kept In Our House. You Could Install One Of Those Near The Outdoor Light And It Would Serve The Same Purpose.

I Would Like To See A Loud Horn That You Screw Into One Of The Outdoor Sockets That Would Blare When It Detected Something.

Of Course, The Cats Can Set Ours Off......we Make Sure We Never Feed Them Over There. And They Are Adjustable.

You would probably want a cabinet too for sound deadening and a way to store hoses and electrical cord.

Motion dectector

Yes you can get a buzzer or horn or radio and plug into the motion detector. Once I mounted one on a post at my garden, with a floodlite in one side and a radio plugged in the other to keep varmints out. Worked good till the corn got big enough for the wind to move which kept the motion detector ON. Eddie
