TOO much BLOOD!

That advertisment at the top of the page for CeloxMedical is kinda graphic don't ya think? I'd rather see that hand AFTER the bleeding has stopped. Eddie

Darn! Now it's back!

I agree - I'd rather see an AFTER the bloodbath picture

Well that's not as bad as my goats head when she broke her horn off. There was so much blood I was a frantic teary mess. I thought for sure she'd die. It was pouring out like a faucet. Sorry if this was gross all I am saying was it's not that bad.

I clicked the link and it seems like it would be something good to have on hand for just such a situation. Too bad it's in the UK and not here.

What amazes me is that you people actually NOTICE the advertisements at the top of the page.....

It's a homesteading forum for crying out loud.

They should have a picture of a cow or deer hanging from the tractor bucket half dressed out with mama standing there in her blood stained white apron holding a big knife and with a wild look in her eye. Now that is homesteading!!

I noticed the add earlier this morning & was going to post about it but figured that I was just being a big baby. Glad I'm not the only one who thought it was a bit freaky.

I saw it, but it seems to have disappeared now. It didn't bother me but the ad does seem kinda odd since the stuff is supposed to stop bleeding. They should do before and after pictures.

I use Firefox to and simply have Java turned off, hence no ads except that Backwoods one.

It is amazing how much faster pages load without Java turned on.

Talk about gruesome...

At one of our plantwide safety meetings years ago, the topic to be covered was ....Eye Injuries.....

We had to sit there and endure a slideshow of ....terrible things that happened to eyes when you weren't careful....eeeewwwwww......it was enough to make the weak fall over in a dead faint.

Wear your safety glasses!

Do you know if it is possible to configure firefox or the computer to have Java turned on for only certain websites? I'd like to have java turned off but a number of the websites I use required java for them to work right for me. And I'd like to not have to toggle java off/on every time I use these websites.

You're cracking me up! LOL!!

I, too, hadn't noticed there were ads up there until the OP on this particular one. From where I am sitting, at least the guys fingers were still attached in the ad
