Given that serious vehicle manufacturers are currently building hydrogen fueled prototype vehicles at a cost of several hundred thousand a piece, and have a massive issue to resolve, that being the total lack of refueling facilities. I doubt the answer can be found in a magic device, crudely assembled from scrap plastic pipe. PT Barnum said it well, there is a sucker born ever minute. Last time this question came up, the magic device was even more hilarious, a repainted portable welder with TWO magic scrap plastic "Hydrogen Generators" attached. I would try to get that one, it probably works twice as good.......
