Should I sell vehicle "as is" or certified?

I am going to sell my '97 jeep. Should I sell it "as is" or certified? I think it only needs 1 new tire, just had a new exhaust and cat put on it last month. I think it would look better in the book if it was certified and e-tested? What do you think? Thanks Chris

Take it in for an inspection to see what it needs for sure, should only cost about $35 to $50 for that. You must be "down south" if you need an e-test. More $$$ if cert and e-tested for you.
