Does anyone live in Baker or Wallowa County in Oregon

Hello All,

We are (hopefully!) going to be going over that way on Memorial Day weekend to see if we like it. We are thinking about relocating next year and I'm curious if anyone lives there. Do you like it? How's the building codes (can you at least put up a barn without a bunch of permits)? Are the people nice, that sort of thing.
