but i am watching it closely. it was 5.7% two days ago at farm credit.

do you think it will go down some more in coming months??

I just talked to a banker and he said it could just as easily go up...and when I talked to him, it had gone up slightly from previous week Of course, he was probably trying to sell me "today" as well so who knows. I didn't look too much into rates and trends and stuff. We just checked around a little last week
