Snowday in TN...Pics

Hard for some of you to believe, but this is our first measureable tennessee snowfall. The animals are just miserable and have taken shelter. I've got to much extra time on my hands today..enjoy life...

topside,
All your animals are precious. It must look like Noah's Ark in your barn with all the animals bedded down. Are you raising the calves for dairy or to sell later? Just wondering. Thanks for sharing. Yes, it is hard for me to understand that you got snow in Tennessee. Best wishes, Joyce

Ok, what kind of freaky looking goats are those? I think Im going to have nightmares after seeing that picture, lol.

The main one in the picture isnt that bad but the ohter two to the left and right really scare me. Ive never seen those before.

LOL! I think they're beautiful goats. They're LaMancha's, right?

I have a paint Boer that looks just like the little one in the background.

it's the first REAL snow. it has been a real drying trend the last ten years or so- not as much rain OR snow. this snow (we got about 4 inches at my house) is more typical of spring weather in TN, imo.

Nathan the eyes are glowing only because the camera is flashing...the glowing eyes are not a new goat feature. Max, first snowfall this year, usually get three per year that are worth remembering. Luckily our snows usually melt over the next couple of days...

Great Pics!!
We got 11" here, near Pigeon Forge. This is the most we've had in several years.
