Why did the car split? Is it possible that water had got in, swollen the grain, and burst the car? if that happened, it would downgrade the grain. However, it's still worth something even as poor-grade feed for livestock. You're certainly looking at about $4,000 worth if you get it all; maybe twice that in good condition.
If you're around a grain region you may find someone (farmer or carrier) who can pick it up, truck it, dry it and grade it (get rid of dust, dirt and stones), and who isn't doing much else at this season.
