So that's what the sky looks like!

It is -26 before wind chill but not too windy, the sky is bright clear blue and the sun is shining deceiving me into thinking it is warm LOL. Amazing how the spirits are boosted by a little sunshine.

DH is in town getting gasoline since we have only spend a zillion on fuel this month and his goal appears to be two zillion (YIKES)! And we just had the "budget" discussion two days ago .

Taking a break from faux painting terracotta brick on the floor and found a wonderful not from another homesteader today member who actually lives in a warmer place- with a river! So jealous I am....all that water! sis

Wow! Your post makes me feel like we've got a heat wave going! It was 3 degrees this morning & has gone all the way up to 16 now. I, too, love that blue, blue sky. That's one of the reasons why we moved from the rainy side of Oregon - we had noticed on vacations that there really is a sky & stars at night!
