Massey Ferguson 20 Tractor/Loader/Backhoe. Good machine?

Calling tractor experts...

We're going to look at a MS20 Tractor/Loader/Backhoe that's for sale locally. Any thoughts on what to look for and what a good price for this type of machine would be?

The sellers says it's in good shape mechanically. 42 hp, 3 cylinder Perkins gas engine.

This seems like a very useful tractor to me. We're getting ready to add on to the house, so we could use this for foundation work, and to expand our small pond, in addition to the normal tractor stuff. What do you think?

How much should we be willing to spend to get it?

These folks will know

I have a 1973 MF 175 with a 63 HP Perkins Diesel that runs about as good as a new one. They are great engines and parts are easy to find
Unless you KNOW the seller, I wouldnt expect him to tell you anything different than what he did though
