Love the header pic today!

As a resident of Stephenville I got a good laugh out of the pic. You guys must havea lot of fun coming up with these things hehe. Seriously though, its becoming a circus here and honestly I can't wait until the wave slows down. Nope, I did not see the UFO but the jets that buzzed my house tuesday evening about sunset were very loud! My 4 year old ran outside and I had to chase him back in. But wait! The military says they had no jets in our area. Yeah right so me, the four year old, the chickens and the donkeys and all the pictures I had to reposition on the wall were imagining things. Kinda hard to imagine something that loud. UGH. Then the next two days were army helicopters flying low over our field. Yeah kinda makes you say hmm? I don't believe in UFO's but what does scare me is what our jets were chasing? I mean I have no idea about these things but wouldn't something have to show up on radar for the jets to be put into action? Also if anyone with army knowledge could msg me I have a question about the formation the helicopters were flying in when they came over a few days after.

I'm kind of surprised that there isn't any other mention of this news story on the forums here.

I love Stephenville, but gosh, the land prices!! I bought some land a couple of counties to the north of Erath county. I hope to build a small weekend house there sometime soon.

What's the name of that cafe in the old downtown part of Stephenville with the world class chicken fried steak... Don's? Or Pat's? something like that. Every time I pass through there I make a point to stop there. They had the chicken fried steak as a breakfast special a while back and the place was packed!!

Hope things calm down for y'all. I can just imagine the pandemonium.

Jake & Dorothy's. Yep its some good eating but you better not be on a low fat diet LOL

I am not EVEN going to town on Saturday. That Mopar or however you spell it (some international UFO organization) will be in town with an open house forum to collect first hand account testimonies. Can you imagine how crazy that will be? I do really feel for the public members of the community (law enforcement and some on city council) that witnessed it and had the courage to come forward and report it. All I have to say is whatever they saw they seriously where spoked by it. I mean to risk your public career over this. I believe they saw something. I personally don't believe in UFOs. What does scare the heck outta me is what where the jets chasing and why is the military hiding that there were jets in the air. I mean thats whats scary to me.

Jake and Dorothys, that's it! I couldn't recall the name of it, just that when you're going west into town off of 281, it's on the right Oh yeah, they have killer chicken fried steak. And excellent coffee, too. I figured you'd know the name of the place, everyone around there does.

I don't blame you for not wanting to go into town if all those people are going to be there. I sure wouldn't. I think those people saw something that wasn't an airplane. Like you say, too many people in too many places around town saw it.

Check this out, it's a true story. http://www.ufoevidence.org/cases/case86.htm
It still makes the local paper from time to time.

What is really interesting is how observant everyone is... that logo has been up there since 1/8.
