Homestead Inspection

Well DW and I did the inspection on our soon to be Homestead. Found out we are getting a few extras out of the deal. Only problems found were hammer and screwdriver fixes. All systems checked and working fine. Water (well) tasted great. Electrical was properly done. Shop had 200 amp panel and only had 2 20 amp breakers in it. One for lights, one for outlets.

We walked the 10 acres. Have some old fences to pull out and dead trees and limbs to clean up but looked really good. Reason I really looked at the fences is the fact that we are keeping 2 of the 5 horses that are there. A Mare and a Filly. The price was right and they are both in top condition.

Looking forward to February when we can move in. Already checked the schools for the boys. Great programs and great teachers. Found a great church for the whole family. The whole small town thing really made me feel good.

It's a beautiful day inthe neighborhood. Just smile if you are happy. Ain't it great to own your own piece of the earth that really has soil on it?
