Really depends on what I am selling. Some I start at $.99. Some I start higher (my minimum acceptable bid). Some I do a buy-it-now regular listing. Some I put in my eBay store at my buy-it-now price.

At least once a week I list one of my better selling store items as a bidding listing. I include a statement the exact item is in my eBay store at the same price as a buy-it-now. Essentially advertising my store.

Pile on ebay question...

At one time I had bookmarked a high traffic, non-ebay controlled/sanctioned discussion forum that contained discussions on how to work ebay and other auction sites. It had categories for just about every aspect of selling on auction sites.

Any ebayers know of a forum like this? I'm familiar with the ebay discussion forums themselves but this one was not affiliated with the mother-ship ebay.

I'm on a yahoo egroup called ebay establishings that is pretty informative.

I'm also on a forum called "the ebay coach forum". Very useful. Here is the link: http://ebaycoach.freeforums.org/portal.php

I hope this some!

Peace and blessings,

Kelli

I go to esnipe.com and put in my absolute top bid. Then I forget about it until I hear from them as to whether I won or not. It is too stressful to keep checking on the status of the auction. Sometimes I even forget I have put a bid on something and I am just delighted to learn I have won the auction! LOL

I recommend esnipe very highly. It is very, very economical, and I know that I have won some auctions that I would not have won without them.

I also use "buy it now" a lot if I just don't even want to deal with the whole auction thing.
