We had a little bit of spitting snow here earlier today but it is supposed to only be cold here for a couple of days then back up into the 50s and 60s again! My kids would give their eyeteeth for alot of snow LOL

It's out snowing where I live, but not sticking, I just wish to see snow again sometimes. I was transplanted here from Michigan a long time ago. So I miss the snow.

No snow today but it was in the middle 30s with the wind blowing hard all day. When I was outside doing chores I couldn't believe how bitingly cold that wind felt!!! Just cleaned the ashes out of the wood stove - time to fire her up again!!!

We are getting some howling winds over here with gusts up to 30 mph, what little snow that has already fallen is blowing around now.Our forecast calls for up to 8 inchs here in the higher elevations. The temps are supposed to be in the single digits in the morning, just in time for back to work

We live in middle TN and it's white outside! The backyard is totally covered. It's so pretty but I'm really glad to not have to drive in it.

Hubby called me on his way to work. It was snowing before he hit 81 on exit 23. We have not seen more than a few flurries here in west Greeneville.

Your not that far from me. Going by you tomorrow to Cookeville. Brand new battery in truck went belly up. third one in 3 years. As long as they replace them for free.
Still cost for the ride though

Pardon this dumb question, but do you all get snow usually in Tennessee? I somehow thought you did not get hardly any, but that sure does not sound like the case here tonight.

I always thought I wanted to go to Tennessee and find a farm. But, trust me it is only a daydream. I am too settled in now to do any moving and besides I could not get dh to go anywhere. BUT, if you all get snow in the winter starting like now each year; I would not be interested anyway.

We don't get snow to amount to anything, hence the excitement over the wee bit we're getting now.

It started here about a hour or so ago, while we were feeding the beasts. I was coming back to the rover for hay and thought it was hay blowing around. As a matter of fact, I told Greg it was 'haying' . he laughed, called me a dork and said it was snow. :-)
I figure we'll get an inch or so and noone but me will make it into the office tomorrow. lol
