Truck trouble

I was supposed to work Christmas night. I gathered up my book bag, my laptop bag, and the casserole I had made for the potluck that night. Went out to start the truck (2006 F-150), but the engine was not catching right and the dashboard said "Engine Failsafe Mode". Shoot. Of course nothing was open on Christmas, so I had to call in since I have an hour commute to work and didn't have any way to get there. I finally got the truck into the shop today. The verdict: blasted squirrels had a holiday feast of my electrical wires! I guess the 4 pecan trees that I park next to weren't enough for them!

A big bill too! We had mice that got into our vehicle, they started eating the seatbelt straps and some of the plastic moulding inside near the doors. Chris

I've heard pecan fed squirrels taste real good - not sure about wire fed squirrels though.
