3 season kitchen suggestions

The wife and I have been bouncing around the idea of adding a 16x 20 or 24 screen/glassed in porch on the north side of our home.
The purpose would be as a "out door" canning kitchen and porch.
I plan to frame it in as a room addition though have not decided on flooring material.
One thought was to deck the floor with advantex then install tile backer and tile to the floor this is an expensive thought. another thought was to pour a 1"-1.5" concrete floor over the advantex possibly with radiant tubing for winter heat.
Basicly Im looking for a durable floor that can withstand the whether .
I plan to install either stainless counter tops ( salvaged) on steel cabinets or poured concrete counter tops. For the sinks I'll be using two laundry sinks and a small deep stainless bar sink .
This is all still on the drawing board and while the plan currently is for a three season there is always the possibility of some winter use as well .
suggestions are needed and welcomed

What a great idea - I would love to do this!!!

Why not do just a concrete floor with inlaid radiant floor heating? My MIL's neighbor poured his own concrete driveway using a grid system with 2x4's in 4x4 squares so he could mix it himself, and pour one square at a time. You could use this concept and drill holes in the 2x4 frames to lay the radiant floor system.

Remember, concrete countertops need a lot of support. You could build a countertop from concrete backer, and just do an overlay - check with the local concrete distributor in your area (we have a place called RCS which specializes in concrete staining products, and sells overlays)

Sadly I would have to have three ft of fill to pour a solid slab
