Good job. I gave up on the cardboard barrel plan, I think I'm going with Kiko Denzer's design with the sand mold. Are you going to use the portland cement mixed with the mud? I bought a very good book building almost the same oven as the Sunset oven. It used a wood form that you build instead of the cardboard barrel. The book is Adobe Oven for Old World Breads by Charel Scheele. Worth looking at the book even if you're going with the Sunset plans, also has good recipes.
