Can this juice be saved??

A neighbor brought over a gallon of grape juice/pulp. She had been making jam and got tired, so she thought I could finish that gallon. It did not have the sugar added, but had been strained.

The problem is, she left it on my enclosed porch. Where it got buried by the kids' stuff. I ran into her today and she asked me if I had liked those grapes...I went on a treasure hunt. The gallon has started fermenting - it is bubbling. Obviously it can not be made into jam now...but can we turn it into wine? Or some weird kind of vinegar?
