ins and outs cider pressing
the local cider source has decided to retire, they have expressed interest in selling there cider pressing equipment (no idea what its like, just old!) how many gallon per bushel ? what other things to consider? have many bushels of hedgerow apples that now go too waste (plus i need cider!!) figure to feed the pomace to chickens and other critters.
