Hey.
Actually you want a wallmount picture hanging hook with nail. They are rated in poundage according to how heavy the framed picture is. They are usually sold in packs, without the eyelets and wire that the kits have. The bigger the hook, the less there are in the pack. I see alot of them at thrift sales...might be a few of them left before the bad weather sets in. Hardware stores and eBay have em too.
