Insurance with Shelter?

Are you happy with it? my insurance has raised drastically, with no reason I've caused, and I've found a better rate with Shelter.

What type of insurance and what or who is Shelter?

Idon't think any of us are pleased with the price of any insurance we purchase.

My ins. right now is with Cape Mutual (in Mo.)--its gone to 1200. a year, and the Shelter rep has a identical policy for less than 600. I did not think to ask which company. It started with my auto ins. going up 49. a year, and while looking, I found a cheaper farm ins.--but the catch is, to get the rate on home, I also have to take auto ins--which its slightely higher than where I have.I am supposing one ins. is as good as another, but afraid of jumping without being sure.

There's nothing wrong with Shelter, I suppose; but their insurance goes up as well. I'm switching to USAA, personally (although that's mainly because almost NO ONE gets rates cheaper than they do, being as they cater exclusively to military).
