Overseeded Pastures

Began overseeding pastures for the winter with a combination of Annual Rye grass, oats, wheat, and Triticale. Should be up and ready for grazing in about 4-6 weeks. The pastures I am overseeding are the ones I planted with Coastal Bermuda (from seed - see previous posting on this) earlier this year.

The last thing to do will be to put up some fence in a couple of weeks. My ground is rocky in places and I will be using my neighbors Bosch rotary hammer drill to drill holes for the steel T-posts. Will be drilling 1 3/8ths inch diameter holes. That way I can put the posts where I WANT THEM vs where the rocks let me put them.
