which Countryside mag

Hello all.....I am looking for a peach liquir recipe from the magazine...it was a month or two ago.....Does anyone recall what month that recipe is in?

There are several recipes if you google peach liquor. sounds good.

I don't know if this was the recipe, but the way I make it goes like this.

Take 1 bottle of brandy filled half-way.

Dissolve one cup of sugar in the brandy by shaking.

Add diced peaches to fill the remainder of the bottle.

Let the bottle sit for a month in a cool, dark place.

That's it.
