The government seem to be a bit faster in trying to contain the outbreak this time. It now seems that it did come from either the Gov. laboratory or a commercial lab on the same site.
Pity the poor farmers - last time it was a terrible, terrible thing and we've only just got over it. Last month were floods that destroyed many crops, this month F&M and UK farming is already on its knees.

The've found another outbreak at a farm within the quarantined area. It's thought that the recent flooding may be the cause of carrying the disease furthr afield.
