DELETING "Private Messages"

I have seen a few "requests" from MODERATORS (and others) about ("clearing out your "Private Message" file") on this Forum.

HOWEVER. My message file ONLY shows 5 or 6 messages to delete.

If I want to delete "older" messages, I do not find the capability......Is this my own "obvious ignorance" ........or is this a problem with the structure of the website? I dunno...........

When you go to your private messages you will see a drop down with INBOX those are your received one, the little boxes on the right, check them go to bottom and on right side a box for saving/downloading the checked ones, moving them, or deleting them, chose an option.

When done,
go back to the dropdown menue and drop it to show SENT pm's, then do the same. Many people don't do the SENT portion and that counts towards your total amount of pm's allowed in the mailbox.

And they send everytime. System is set that way.

Just open the ones you want to delete and you'll see the option there at the bottom
