Looking Butchering Utensil Suggestions

Hi, I am planning ahead for butchering some chickens. I have butchered chickens with just a good knife but looking into other equipment to make it easier/smoother. I have heard people talk of poultry shears? Any advice for a good brand, size, link for poultry shears and good sturdy butchering knives reasonably priced and long life? Thanks.

IMHO if you are only processing chickens a knife is not necessary..poultry shears fill the bill ( unless you are filleting ) I picked this set up at Bass Pro and it has served me well in my meat cutting

It all really depends alot on exactly what you want to do. I picked up poultry shears at Sam' club..they had a nice 3 pack of kitchen shears for around $15..darn Sam's links won't work right here.

The more I process, the more I want a lung scraper. Certainly not required, but they look like they'd save finger nails!
