Go to Yahoo groups and/or MSN groups. In the search box type in Florida homestead, Florida farm, or some such relevant search term that will help to direct you to a group.
I have done searches for groups that way. and there are numerous regional boards for a variety of interests.

There are none that have any traffic volume at all that I've ever been able to find. Haven't looked in the last several months, but the last few years that I have looked I wasn't able to find anything.

There are a couple of Florida gardening related forums to be found, but they're only tangentially related to homesteading type stuff.
