I think this lady deserves some support

This is a 5 minute promo made by a lady who is trying to get her own TV show. It's all about sustainable living. It's a bit rough around the edges, but with a good crew I'm sure they could make it a great show.

She was on here doing a promo we all (that I read backed her up) I know she is trying hard to get this going and I wish I could do more to help her.

I would certainly watch her show, alot better than game shows, Maury, or Martha Stewart.

From aperson who has worked in the business I can say this....
concept is good
edits, fades, and wipes camera work looked good
information provided was good (short needed to be more informative ) But I realize it was just a promo so I imagine that the actual show would go into more detail. I am not faulting that.
Attractive host, speaks well and properly, presents information well.
All in all it was pretty good. My one complaint is her voice. She speaks well and proper and pronounces everything well especially being from harlem LOL But there is something irritating about it a tone or something I cant quite place. I know people will complain about this post. But after many years of tv and radio work I have seen good shows die because of this very thing. She doesn't have the tv/radio voice she NEEDS. I wish her luck I personally would watch her even with her voice as I want those kinds of shows on the tv moreso than the reality shows. All in all I think it was well done and look forward to seeing it on tv. Maybe someone like Discovery Home, or TLC, will pick her up.

Not bad for a home style one. We don't do the sat or cable tv bit so we'd never see it but sure can see it's value for others.

I liked it and would probably watch the show. I didn't find her voice annoying at all. And I liked her idea about putting the bunny cages on top of the raised beds to harvest the manure - cool idea! Her cages looked really well made too. The babies hopping around in the background din't hurt either...

Pam <---------------- may be getting satellite TV soon
