What sites can I sell a very solar/wind friendly 10 acres?

My wife and I own 10 acres in the 'boonies' between Vail and Benson, Arizona. Pam originally got it in 1973 with the intent of using the abundance of sun and sometimes windy energy to provide everything needed: electricity, pond water circulation/filtering, water supply, etc. She's been either locationally and/or financially unable to begin this venture, and is now, due to our age, feeling like someone else may want to take up the interest. There is an excellent S/SE facing slope she wanted to build a semi-underground home into, covering it with local natural stone and vegetation. The SW corner is a powerful site for a hilltop wind/solar powered well. I've personally dowsed the area (I have a good reputation in my ability for this) she wanted to do this in, and it registered for a very positive and strong water supply! Plus, in the desert, an area with a lot of Mesquite trees is reputed to indicate good water. The hill is high enough to allow for a gravity feed to a holding tank and then further on to the home and any areas for gardening/irrigation. The view from the 'homesite' is phenominal! From the big hilltop, you also have the Santa Ritas to the SW, the Dragoons in the far distance to the east, and a huge backdrop to the North of the Rincon Mountains.
One of the comments of a friend she took out for a tour of it walked around with basically only one phrase, "Choice, yeah, this is real choice!"
It's a very remote area and accessability should be gained only by truck.
Well, enough for now...hopefully this will be posted and someone can at least respond with a possible link where we can viably post this.

Thanks, and in His Hands

If you post some pics, there is a section in the barter forum where you can sell real estate. Something like that would be interesting!

Super! Thanks for the tip!
I thought we had some pics in our computer, and Pam put together a series of photos to make a panorama, but it didn't come through from her work email...will try again!

You might be able to provide a link to GoogleEarth that shows an aerial view of the property but I'm not sure.

We're asking 50K. By comparison, other 10 acre parcels are asking 30K-40K...but it's predominently flat with just a lot of yucca on it. They are also with much closer neighbors. Original intent for the acreage was because it was so remote with some difficulty to access. It's in Pima County, but you need to go into Cochise to get to it...few people make it back as far as the "Rocky Acres" (unless you have a helicopter!). There is only one neighber beyond and over hill to the west from our place. The nearest neighbor east is about half a mile down the hill. Years ago, someone showed an interest in it because the biggest hill would be great for hang-gliding!
I will likely be posting it in the 'Real Estate' section of 'Barter' very soon. More of this same info will be posted with it as well as pics.

We have some friends in Real Estate that, if we have to, we'll list with...but for now, we'd rather just put it out there on sites, like this one, specifically for those with a like interest.

This is our first attempt to determine what our options are.
Thanks for all comments. We're posting the thread this evening...hopefully, the photo's will download okay.

In His Hands,
Don and Pam

Click Here to Use Our Quick Image Resizer

This post will tell you how to resize and post a photo on most sections of HT, the actual link is down in the bottom corner as after the post was made the resizer moved url's.

Okay...I did all down until the 'attachment' part...my "Posting Rules" indicate that I may not post attachments. So I improvised slightly and included a basic aerial website photo (which does not do it justice...). So...what's next...?

Don
