Website for beginning homesteaders
This link was posted on one of the Owner/builder forums I belong to, but it is so full of interesting and useful ideas for people that are beginning to Homestead on undeveloped raw land, I thought I would post it here.

The people who wrote it live in a desert environment, but most of the ideas are adaptable to other climates. Some wonderful simple ideas and projects anyone could use. I especially liked the barrel pantry storage idea.

I also love the garden design. It looks like you could plant a lot more in it.
I might try it out. Smaller and with raised beds.

Thanks. I just added this as a bookmark. The drum storage section(s) were great. I'll try to read the rest soon.
