More corn questions

I got my soil sample report back yesterday. It says (Apply 130 lbs of N, 60 lbs of P. and 60 lbs of Potassium. Does that tell you anything about the soil here in NE Okla. Sandy, but not red. Black when plowed. Light brown when planted. How do I convert this into the amount of Chicken manure Ill need? How many days will it take me to run a test on this free 4 yr old corn seed to see if its still any good? Also,a at the top is typed in For Field Corn, but at the bottom, where the recommendations are written in, the heading says INTERPRETATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR No Crop Provided (YIELD GOAL= ). What does that mean

I think the (no crop provided) is where you should have written in "corn" The yield goal is what you hope to harvest like say 150 bu to the acre.
Then they calculate the amount of fertilizer needed to reach your goal, based upon the soil test.

It means you didnt tell them how much of what crop you wanted so they didnt tell you how much to reach that.

Pasture grass seed can be checked in the manner described earlier in about a week. I place mine on top of the frig to get a little warmth to accelerate the process.
