Good Books

I'm just finishing up reading a book called "from the farm to the table" Good book for everyone to read.. it basically talks to a variety of farmers in Minnisota about their practices (sustainability). It also goes into NAFTA and others (many of which make NAFTA look good)..

Its about 310 pages and $50, but you can probally pick it up at the library (I did).

Could you please post the author's name? When I search "from the farm to the table" on abebooks.com all I get is the 1982 department of agriculture book.

Thanks.
