EGGS/Chicks on Web Cam

Looks like EGG Cam is back up and running. We watched chicks hatch last week and now they are running around on camera.

Wish it was live, refreshes every 10 seconds - but still makes me feel like spring is on its way...even though we are in a blizzard here today.

They are so cute. I thought they already took them to the farm. I believe they will be setting quail eggs next week. I love this site, too.

How cute! What kind and how many?

I'd show this to my daughter, but our first attempt at raising chicks ended really (really) badly, and she hates to be reminded. The little white ones look a lot like the ones we had.

What's the black one?

I thought one was dead too until I realized it was sleeping, except as I look - one doesn't look like it is going to move again. I'll email the site and ask.

I recognize polish chicks in the mix. They are the ones with the funny hat of feathers on their heads. The black one is a polish - there are some yellow ones too.
