I just got the March/April edition in the mail, and my reply to the Q of M "growing fruit on your homestead" was published.

The editors omitted a few things from the original, though. For example, I never give English measures without metrics in parentheses, but they omitted the metrics.

For those who say Countryside has moved away from being small stock oriented the issue is the second in a row which has a fair number of articles on them. Nice mix of homesteading stories/advice also.

Anyone have an issue favorite?

LOL of course! The issue where they published my article! Wouldn't that be everyones favorite

Nobody in this area carries Countryside, or any other homesteading magazines(other than MEN but it's not what it used to be). Guess I need to renew my subscription now that I have somewhere to get mail.
