My children and I are looking for a place in the country with enought land to add another house with one already there and woods and a stream and barn. Since losing my son in the Iraq War and then my husband to cancer I need the healing power of God in nature. We need to not be too far away from Cleveland because of their work and we do not have a lot of money. I was thinking land contract. I really do not know what way to turn but we are not ready right now to move and I am just looking for sites to see what is available and cost that we can afford. Thank you for your help.
