Crossing state lines with livestock into Georgia

What are the anticipated problems? What documentations are needed?

Call your vet and they should be able to tell you, or find out for you. It depends on what kind of livestock.

According to article (3) under General Livestock and Poultry you may not need any documentation if you are moving the animals into Georgia from a State that borders Georgia.

I live in Tn. and I sell poultry at a flea market in Ga. occasionally. To take the poultry across the state line into Ga. I must have a liscense to do so, it cost me $25. dollars a year for this. And they do check to see if you have this, if you don't they will confiscate your chickens.
