This man seems to think that it's being forced on us because of foreign alliances that our officials have signed documents with....

To some extent that is true. As this all started back in the 90's along with NAFTA, The International set of standards known as ISO~! Yes you have a product and you ship that product around the world you must have to have that factory set up in the ISO Program. Now Ranges are the factories, cattle or (meat) is the the product. All this ISO is a Traceback System to find out where the "Inventory" is at any point in time. Hmmmm Traceback Now WHERE have we heard that word before? Yuppers. traceback to see where if there is a disease outbreak where it is and can be stopped quickly in its tracks.
So all of this IS a World Wide "pact" for the sake of the a word, that HAS been signed between the different countries around the world. Yup that is true., And I have helped to places where I worked to Factories get set up in the ISO Method of keeping TRACK of inventory. Tracking Now that is another Buzz work. SEE IT ALL FALLS into place with that set of internal set of standards ISO~!!!!

Pretty much. Global warming/ pollution/ greenhouse gas regulations, the coming anti-dust regulations, and so on. It is all part of a global regulation effort.

My view is that the the 3rd world countries are trying to regulate the rest of the world down to their level. Seems many of those coutries have exceptions to the rules, only a few large countries really have to comply. This will raise the cost of business so much, the 3rd world countries will get to do all the business......
