this is looking from the living room into the kitchen. behind the short wall on the left will be the fridge and upright freezer, side by side. to the left of the back door is the pantry. sink will be to the right, stove to the rear. in front of the short wall, to the far left of the pic, is the fireplace, not shown. i love the colors so far! the drywall guy made a nice texture on the walls, and somehow made the celing with kind of a sunflower motif. really pretty! you can also see somethinig that was kind of unplanned to the lower mid right- an intake for the heat pump. nothing else to be done... will soon be looking for ideas to draw attention away from it.

this is looking into the living room from the kitchen. and again, the short wall on the right is blocking the view of the fireplace. it's not done yet anyway. that's my son's girlfriend there. this view looks out to the front porch. off to the left of this picture is the laundry, bath and bedrooms, but nothing much to show yet except an empty room. the shower is installed in the bath, but nothing else. he put in a big two seater shower. LOL!! the place is intended to be handicap friendly. don't need it yet, but one never knows.

i gotta get something else done today. enjoy y'all!!!!

Looks great but for the life of me I can't figure why anyone would go through all that work and not add the extra block for a stand up basement? Even if ya waited for the floor to be installed later. Its double the space and a small fraction of the total cost?

Again though its nice and I am excited for ya!
