Tractor advice

Any owners of a Kubota B7610 out there? If so, what are some pros and cons of the machine?

I have a B2410. Bought it new 4 years ago. Rugged tractor with no problems whatsoever. I use a finish mower on it all summer to cut grass and bush hog pasture. Plow snow with it all winter.

My only complaint with Kubota is that their parts are pricey compared to New Holland or John Deere.

edited to add: you'll need a good set of metric tools cuz everything is metric on the Kub's.....

No experience with that model, but I love my 3130. It's been very dependable and seems much stronger than it should be given it's HP rating.

We own a Kubota/New Holland business.
Yes, Kubota parts are more expensive but I find that they don't need to be replaced as often as New Holland. If a Kubota breaks down most of the time it is owner error. We have a Kubota mower that 3 of our family's and the business use every summer and have for the last 10 years and the only thing we have done is sharpen/ change blades and filters. Just the basic maintance. If you have any questions you can go to our web page www.boothmachinery.com and email my husband Rick and he would be happy to answer anything for you. Good luck in your search.

If cost is an issue, check out the Agco st22a. I had my mind made up on the 7610 but i couldn't part with that much money. Basicaly there the same tractor. We purchased the Agco for alot less money. I'm pleased with the performance so far. Buying a compact is a big investment, good luck.

This is one of the best sites I have found for small and mid sized tractors so far.

Papaw: Not sure where you are in Alabama, but I bought mine in Centre from Coosa Valley Equipment Co. They are good people to do business with.

I'll be in Scottsboro, not too far from Centre. There's a couple of dealers on Sand Mtn. in Boaz and Albertville, too. We'll keep Centre in mind.
Thanks

So, can anyone explain the reason one should go with a B series over an L series or visa-versa?
