Looking for land in the Ozarks

I have a friend who has just sold her house and is looking to buy a place with acreage in the Missouri/Arkansas area around Thayer/Mammoth Spring or within an hour or so of there. Anybody know of a property that's available or can direct me to a good website that lists properties like this? Thanks
